We are the Affidra Process Server Network. This board is ours. WCS licenses (Florida A3600029 / Alabama 93) appear only when the paper is WCS-served — not on every Affidra file.

Phase 1 geography: 1st Judicial Circuit published rates (Escambia and Santa Rosa). Okaloosa, Walton, Mobile, and the I-10 corridor are accepted for quote. Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach: Agents active — request quote. South Florida is quote until a card exists. Alabama and Tennessee: Agents active — request quote. Alabama and Tennessee are quote until a card exists. We do not publish a nationwide playbook here.

Short answers

How do I see what I have been paid?
Open Pay. Earned today and History stubs are released server fees only. Pending (float) is still held by Affidra. Counsel totals never appear. Signed-in path: /hub/pay.
Why is this job pending?
Pending means the file is still in float or in review — completion plus proof (or nothing-to-sign plus QA) has not cleared, or a human hold is on photos/GPS. It is not a counsel invoice you can collect.
I have no signal — can I finish later?
Tap Confirm on the door. We save the attempt, photos, and call or text notes on this device and upload when the signal returns — no extra tap. Choose-time reasons are field reasons only (logged after the fact, clock was wrong). Not connectivity.
I claimed a rate and the stub is lower — why?
The pin is the offered server fee. Serve / attempt / print stubs can land lower (print at zero, bundled attempts, later correction). Sample dollars: [BEN: example pin vs stub]. You still never see the counsel total.
