Licensed affiliates get first look. If the affiliate passes or the offer window expires, Network-on desks see the file on Available. License-only desks never see Available — only own originated or assigned stops.
Every pin, list, and claim button shows the server fee only. We never show counsel or customer totals on a server or partner surface.
Read special instructions before you roll. View Route / Start route orders tonight’s stops from your profile ZIP. Cancel clears the route.
After you claim, job detail has Print packet and Download PDF. The face sheet is generated on the server — you cannot edit court or customer rules on the sheet.
- Claim one file, selected files, or a whole ZIP on the IC board once it is open.
- Print packet / Download PDF on a claimed file only. Assigned server and admin. Server fee on the sheet — never a counsel total.
- Vacant or bad address: log the attempt with the reason, then close or forward. Do not keep driving a dead pin.
- After non-service, counsel may request limited skip tracing. That gate is not on your claim button — it unlocks only after non-service.
- Pending / held for review means Affidra still has the file (QA, photos, or a human hold). It is not unpaid yet and not released.
