How Affidra works

The counsel path follows the same intake we already run on the WCS process serving portal: firm account or guest request, published ZIP pricing, payment before assignment, then attempt notes and affidavit on the file.

1. Step 1

   Firm account or guest request

   Counsel register with a work email. Pro se filers skip registration and use the one-off form.

2. Step 2

   Submit the serve

   Case caption, court, person to serve, serve-at address, and the court packet.

3. Step 3

   Published rate or quote

   Listed Escambia and Santa Rosa ZIPs price from the rate card. Mobile, Okaloosa, Walton, and the I-10 corridor go to quote.

4. Step 4

   Assignment and attempts

   Affidra assigns a credentialed server. Attempt notes, GPS lock (200m, arriving from the WCS hub), and the Florida Sunday serve block live on the hub.

5. Step 5

   Affidavit on the file

   When service is complete, proof posts to the job. Servers see their fee only — never counsel totals.
