The attempt screen enforces a few Florida targets so the file we hand the court is consistent. These are implementation targets, not legal advice. Your own license and the court still control.
Florida Sunday — Chapter 48.20: we hard-block a Served outcome on Sunday for a Florida serve-at. You may still log a non-serve attempt. Weekday A1 notes are unchanged.
Substitute service — Chapter 48.031: if you mark substitute, the person at the premises must be 15 or older. Document who accepted. Gated or posted no-trespass: document what you saw and stop. Do not climb, tailgate, or ignore a posted warning to force a photo.
