v1 is the phone browser on affidra.com. There is no native app in this packet. A home-screen PWA may follow; do not wait on it.
If the browser denies GPS, we still need a lock for the attempt. Enable location for the site, or the stop will post as a deficiency until GPS and photos land.
Weak or no cell: capture GPS, photos, and notes before you leave the premises. You can submit when the radio returns. Do not skip the capture because the packet will not send yet.

- A human hold is different: QA or admin has the file. Do not keep pinging Lee while you are in motion.
