Start and keep your account current
Profile, credentials, coverage, and Module U before the first paid job.

Open a desk, then keep it current. We review credentials before a profile can move to Active. Empty license slots stay empty until you add a number — do not invent one.
Independent contractors apply with a business license and documented serving history. Unapproved IC files cannot claim network work. Licensed affiliates use the partner license path (License-only or Network-on) instead of the IC application.
Module U is our field training and quizzes. Finish it before your first paid Affidra job. The pass mark is not published on this page.
- Phone, street, and ZIP (claiming origin) live under More → Profile.
- Process-server license, state, and expiry are reviewed before Active.
- If you cannot log in from the field, pull over and use More → Lee → Account, or write getaffidra@gmail.com. Do not message while driving.
The Module U pass mark is set by Affidra and is not listed here.
