Miami-Dade (11th Circuit): certified on the Eleventh Judicial Circuit approved list. Palm Beach (15th Circuit): certified by the Chief Judge of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. Broward (17th Circuit): appointed by the Sheriff of Broward County as a special process server. This is not a statewide Florida license.
Alabama and Tennessee have no statewide process-server license. A local appointment or experience may apply. Shelby County and Knox County are examples, not a complete list.
